Privacy policy

1. Who we are

ingcreators builds developer and learning tools: Annot, TesseraQL, Hypermedia Components, and BioLearn. Our source code lives at github.com/ingcreators.

2. Scope

This policy covers the website ingcreators.com and acts as the organization-level policy for ingcreators products and integrations — for example when a marketplace listing or an OAuth consent screen links here. Where a product publishes its own privacy policy (such as annot.work/privacy), that policy takes precedence for that product.

3. What this website collects

Nothing, by design:

  • No cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
  • No analytics or trackers. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no fingerprinting scripts.
  • No third-party requests. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own origin.
  • Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which retains standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) per its own retention policy — typically a few days. We do not forward these logs to long-term storage.

4. What our products and integrations handle

When you install one of our apps or connect an integration via OAuth, the following principles apply across all ingcreators products:

  • Minimal scopes. We request only the OAuth scopes the feature needs, and we use granted access only to provide that feature.
  • No selling of data. We do not sell your data, content, or usage patterns to anyone.
  • No AI training. We do not train AI models on your stored content.
  • No default telemetry. Our tools do not send usage analytics to us unless you explicitly opt in.
  • Revocability. You can revoke an integration's access at any time from the provider's settings (e.g. GitHub or Google account settings); we honor revocation immediately.

5. Sub-processors

Our products run on Cloudflare (Workers, R2, D1, KV). Where you choose an integration backed by GitHub or Google, those providers process the data covered by the access you grant. Their terms apply to the data they handle on our behalf.

6. Your rights (GDPR / APPI)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or request portability of that data. Contact us via the channels below; we respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We update the Last updated date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes — a new sub-processor, a new category of data collected, or a change in retention — are announced in the affected product's release notes before they take effect.
